The Sweetest Little Thing 2012 is a fundraising art auction that begins online and transitions into a live event. Event timeline:

Online bidding begins.	Online bidding ends.	Live auction begins.	Live auction ends.
New works added daily.	Absentee Maximum bids will be accepted until 7 pm.	Absentee Maximum bids are carried out by proxy.	Winning Absentee bidders will be notified on 15 February.
All times are Atlantic Standard Time (AST)

How to Bid

Online Bidding

1. Create a new account (even if you had one previously)
2. Follow instructions to begin bidding on works
3. Monitor your active auctions from your Account screen
4. At the close of online bidding, leading online bids become opening bids at the live auction.

Live Event Bidding

1. Bid online, if you wish, from 1–14 February, 2012
2. Get dressed up in your finery and come to the live auction at the Owens Art Gallery, Feb 14, 2012, 7 pm
3. Place bids in person

Absentee Maximum Bidding

1. Bid online, if you wish, from 1–14 February, 2012
2. Download, complete & submit an Absentee Maximum Bid Form (133 KB PDF) before 7 pm AST on 14 February, 2012. Please note: we suggest downloading this to your desktop and filling it out with the free Adobe Reader rather than using your web browser.
3. We execute your Maximum Bids during the live auction

Payment and Shipping

• We are able to accept payment by cheque, credit card and PayPal
• Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the work to you; we charge a flatrate of $10/work for shipping within Canada. For works shipping internationally, please contact us for a shipping and handling estimate
